Our handcrafted luxury cookies are prepared with care and shipped from Michigan to customers nationwide. Please review the following information to ensure a smooth and satisfying ordering process.

Allergen Notice

Our cookies are made in a facility that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, soya, peanuts, and other common allergens. While we follow careful practices, cross-contact may occur.

Storage & Serving Guidelines

• Cookies should be refrigerated in a sealed container and are best enjoyed within 14 days of delivery.

• Cookie dough may be stored in the freezer for up to 90 days.

• For a freshly baked feel, cookies can be gently warmed in the microwave for 10–20 seconds, depending on size and preference.

Shipping & Delivery

Each order is packaged with care to preserve the quality of your cookies during transit. However, due to their delicate nature, please note the following:

• Minor cosmetic damage may occur during shipping.

• During warmer months, melting or softening is possible. This is beyond our control, and we are unable to offer refunds for temperature-related changes.

Order Accuracy & Responsibility

• Please ensure that all shipping and contact information is accurate when placing your order.

• We are not responsible for packages delayed or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Once dispatched, Luxury Sugar – The Cookie Company is not liable for courier delays or handling issues.

Cancellations & Deposits FOR CATERING ORDERS 

• A 20% cancellation fee applies to all canceled CATERING orders.

• All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future order or date upon request.

• Orders are considered confirmed only once a deposit is received. Delayed payments may result in loss of availability.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Customer information is used solely by Luxury Sugar – The Cookie Company to process and fulfill orders and will never be shared with third parties.
